5 c. canned pineapple juice
1 qt. sherbet
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
4 1/2 c. ginger ale, chilled

Just before serving combine pineapple juice, sherbet and ice cream. Beat until well mixed. Gently stir in ginger ale, I use 7-Up.
