"HEAVENLY" CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
1/3 c. Irish liqueur
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar (optional)
3 1/2 c. whipped topping, thawed
9 inch chocolate crust

Microwave chocolate and 2 tablespoons liqueur on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining liqueur until well blended. Refrigerate for approximately ten minutes. Fold in whipped topping until smooth. Spoon into crust and spread with additional whipped topping and dust with chocolate shavings or curls. Store in freezer until about 20 minutes to serving time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
