CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Pastry for pie crust
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 of 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brown beef in small amount of oil and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour in pastry lined pan. Top with cheese topping and bake 30 minutes. Serve with remaining tomato sauce (add chili sauce to tomato sauce for a spicier flavor).

CHEESE TOPPING: Mix 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese with 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
