OVEN OMELET | |
8 eggs 1/3 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. dry vermouth or dry sherry 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. grated Swiss cheese Slices of Canadian bacon or ham 2 tbsp. butter, melted Beat eggs until light. Blend in sour cream, vermouth or sherry and salt. Mix in Swiss cheese. Pour into 9'x12" baking dish. Top with Canadian bacon or ham slices. Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. 6 to 8 servings. |
