APPLE PIZZA 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rolled oats
2/3 c. shortening
5-6 tbsp. cold water

Mix dry ingredients together, then cut in shortening, blending well. Add cold water. Pat crust out evenly in round pizza pan. 5 apples, peeled & sliced 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. soft butter 2 tbsp. flour

Cover prepared crust with cheese, then arrange apple slices on top of cheese. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve in wedges with ice cream.
