FRIED RICE 
5 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
3 or 4 pork chops, diced
2 carrots, shredded
2 celery stalks, diced
1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 whole yellow cooking onion, diced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Soy sauce
2 or 3 tbsp. oil

Brown each meat separately and drain. Put oil in a skillet and fry carrots, celery, yellow onion and mushrooms. Place meats in a large pan and add cooked ingredients and stir. Then add rice and stir until well mixed. Season with soy sauce to taste. Top with green onions.
