IRISH MACARONI 
1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of beef brown gravy
2 lg. onions, chopped
Garlic salt to season to taste
3/4 box of sea shell macaroni
2 c. shredded cheese

Brown meat with garlic salt, drain and set aside. In a large saucepan heat tomato sauce, gravy and onions bring to a boil. Add meat and simmer for at least 1 hour. With this sauce the longer it sits the better the flavor. Then cook to shell macaroni as direction on the box and drain. Put the shells in a 9 x 13 baking pan, add sauce, mix well. Add cheese on top and heat in a 400 degree oven until cheese melts and it fully heated.
