HOT APPLE PASTRIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 egg, beaten with fork
2/3 c. milk

Mix as you do pastry. Refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight. Wrap in saran wrap.

FILLING:

2/3 c. corn flakes, crushed (About 2 c.)
5 c. apples, as for pie
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
