DOC'S MUSTARD SAUCE 
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
5 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt

Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Heat on low; then boil, stirring continuously. Let cool. Spread on pork chops, lamb chops, or chicken before grilling. Keeps well 1 week refrigerated.
