POTATO CHEESE SOUP 
5 lbs. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 qt. milk
4 carrots
1 lb. ham, diced
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. Accent

Boil diced carrots, onions and garlic. Add diced potatoes and boil until done. Do not drain. Add butter, then cheese until melted. Add milk and bring to boil. Add ham just before serving. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Serves 10 people.
