STIR FRY YAKISOBA 
Unflavored Yakisoba noodles with seasoning
1 carrot
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
1/4 green onion
1/4 cup
1 Tbsp. peanut or other cooking oil

Cut vegetables. Add oil to a Wok and cook the noodles for about 5 minutes, then add water. Set noodles aside and sauté the vegetables in a separate pan. Add the Sautéed vegetables into the noodles and mix. Add the Yakisoba seasoning and mix.

Optional: After everything is mixed in add sesame seeds for extra flavor.

Cooks Note: Cashews are a nice addition for added texture.
