BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops

Place butter in baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Blend egg and milk. Coat chops in crumbs, dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs.

Bake 5 minutes at 350°F., flip chops over and continue baking until internal temperature reaches 160°F. (about 30 minutes for medium thickness).
