12 eggs
2 lbs. Italian sausage, brown and drain
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. whipping cream, not whipped
1/2 c. green pepper
2 (4 oz.) jars mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with 2 tablespoons butter.

Layer in pan 1/2 of the cheese. Mix eggs with peppers, mushrooms, onions, whipping cream, and sausage; pour on top of cheese. Spread remaining cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, it will be set and firm.
