2 English muffins 4 thin slices ham 4 poached eggs Beau Monde seasoning Black pepper Hollandaise sauce Paprika Split English muffins and toast. Fry ham until lightly browned. Arrange on muffin half. Top with poached egg and sprinkle with Beau Monde and pepper. Heat Hollandaise sauce and spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each egg. Sprinkle with paprika. |
