1 lb. ground beef, browned 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 zucchini, sliced and quartered 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. celery salt Pepper to taste 1 can tomato soup 8 oz. lg. chunk cottage cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese Brown beef. Add vegetables and spices. Simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add cottage cheese. Continue to heat until warm. Sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella over top. Heat until cheese is melted. May be made in skillet or Dutch oven. |
