TOMATO BUTTER 
7 lbs. tomatoes
3 1/2 lbs. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 pt. vinegar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. mace
1/2 tbsp. cloves

Peel all tomatoes and cook ingredients together until thick like jelly. Place in jars and seal. Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes. Makes about 4 pints.
