Bread (white bread is delicious with these but any other soft bread will do)
Mayonnaise
Peanut butter
Sliced fresh tomatoes
Sliced cucumbers (if you like)
Lettuce

Spread bread with mayonnaise and peanut butter. Top with sliced tomatoes, (cucumbers), salt and pepper and lettuce.
