TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 frozen pie crust shell
9 oz. can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 oz.
1 c. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
Pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Invert frozen pie crust onto waxed paper. Let thaw until flat. Combine tuna, cheese, vegetables, and seasonings. Stir in mayonnaise or salad dressing. Spoon into casserole dish. Cover with flat pie crust. Bake until crisp is lightly browned, about 35 to 40 minutes.
