1 box Devil's food cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Pour oil into a 9 x 13 inch pan and tilt so oil covers entire bottom. Add all other ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Add chocolate chips; stir in. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
