1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5-6 eggs, I usually use 5 lg.
3 c. Softasilk cake flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 tbsp. orange extract

Cream butter, Crisco, sugar and eggs. Alternately add flour and milk. Beat on high speed for about 5 minutes. Towards the end add extracts. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Try not to open oven door until the end.

DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN.
