TWO OLIVE LUNCHMEAT LOAF 
2 eggs
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
1/2 c. green olives, chopped
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
2 lbs. ground beef

In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in all except beef. Add beef and mix thoroughly. Press into 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and slice for sandwiches.
