ASPIC 
1 qt. V-8 juice
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Sliced stuffed olives, if desired
Tabasco sauce if desired

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup V-8 juice. Bring rest of juice to a boil and dissolve Jello and gelatin. Add Tabasco to taste. Add chopped eggs and any or all of the remaining ingredients that are listed, or any others you care to add. Pour in mold and refrigerate until firm.
