CORN PUDDING | |
1/4 lb. melted butter 1 egg 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. sugar 1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn 1 can (17 oz.) cream style corn 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix 1/2 onion chopped Drain the can of whole kernel corn. Mix all together adding the muffin mix last. Put in greased 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
