CORN PUDDING | |
1 (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 (25 oz.) can cream corn 1 egg 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.) 1 stick melted butter Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered 1 quart bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 6 to 8 servings. |
