BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and press into a 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together cream cheese and sugar, add Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

1 box instant butterscotch pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together and put on second layer. Put remaining Cool Whip on top of third layer. Sprinkle with nuts.
