BARBECUE BEEF CUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can biscuits
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Saute ground beef until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Place each biscuit in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon mixture into cups, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Serves 10.
