MEXICAN PIE 
1/2 can black olives, sliced
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. can jalapeno peppers, diced
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced

Brown ground beef with chili powder and garlic salt. Press crescent rolls in the bottom of 9 inch pie pan, forming a pie shell. Drain ground beef and put in bottom of pie dish. Place tomatoes on top covering beef. Place peppers on top of tomatoes. Place grated cheese over peppers evenly, reserving 1 cup of cheese.

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together. Pour over grated cheese. Place sliced olives all over the top. Now place grated cheese over olives. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
