ORANGE MOLD SALAD 
1 (#2) can applesauce
2 pkgs. orange Jello (3 oz. each)
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 (12 oz.) bottle 7-Up
1 sm. can pineapple with juice
1/4 c. sliced maraschino cherries

Heat applesauce and stir in Jello. Add orange rind and pineapple. Cool and add orange juice, 7-Up and cherries. Pour into mold and chill. May be served with favorite fruit salad dressing or just plain. Serves 8.
