1 to 1 1/2 hamburger
2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
2-3 eggs
1/4 c. grated cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 to 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper

Boil spinach until separated. Drain well. Combine all ingredients. Form into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
