2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix all above in one bowl on low speed for 2 minutes. Then, with spoon, add 3 cups of peeled chopped apples, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup nuts. Put in two or three 9-inch greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and frost. Chop apples by hand, not in blender or food processor.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 stick butter

May add nuts and coloring if you wish.
