MUSHROOM SOMBREROS 
1 lb. large mushrooms
1/2 c. finely chopped ham
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. Trim ends. Remove stems from caps. Fine chop stems and mix with remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into caps. Place in baking dish, filling side up. Pour 1/3 cup water into pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Place on paper towel and serve warm.
