HOT BUTTERSCOTCH 
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
3 3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Miniature marshmallows

In a 2-quart measure or medium mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup milk and the butterscotch chips. Microwave at Power Level 7 for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until chips melt, stirring once. Blend in 3 3/4 cups milk and the cinnamon. Microwave at Power Level 7 for 7 to 9 minutes, or until temperature reaches 150 degrees, stirring once. Pour into serving cups. Top with marshmallows. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

Use temperature probe, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
