VELVETY LEMON LIME PIE | |
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 (8 oz.) container lemon yogurt 1/3 c. ReaLime juice 1 tsp. grated lime or lemon rind (optional) Green food coloring 1 3/4 c. Cool Whip Prepare crust. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in yogurt and ReaLime. Stir in rind and food coloring if desired. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into prepared pie crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. |
