SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour

Slightly beat eggs, add sour cream, milk and oil. Blend in sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, vanilla and flour. Should be thick. Place in muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
