RICE AND BOWTIE PUDDING 
1 c. rice
1 c. bowties
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 stick butter
2 cans mushrooms, 3 oz.
3 c. boiling water

Combine all ingredients into casserole. Pour boiling water over it and cover. Bake in 350 degree oven until water evaporates. Serve with fish, meat or chicken.
