CHESS PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
1 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Cream butter. Add sugars, creaming well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 inch pastry lined pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
