3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips

Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla. Beat in egg and water. Add dry ingredients and chips. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
