APRICOT CRUMBLE SQUARES 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, cream, sugar, egg and salt. Add flour and baking powder then vanilla. Press dough into a greased pan. Cover with halved apricots, apples or any fruit. Top with crumb topping. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
