POPCORN CAKE 
4 qt. popcorn
1 lb. Kraft miniature marshmallows
1 lb. plain M & M's
1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter

Put popcorn in large bowl or pan. Add peanuts and M & M's in popcorn. Melt oil, butter and marshmallows together on stove. Pour over popcorn and other ingredients; mix well. Use bunt cake pan; spray with Pam. Press the popcorn in pan then pour all on plate. Let it cool a few minutes in refrigerator.
