MEXICAN GOULASH | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 1 c. diced onion 1 c. diced green pepper (mix of hot and mild peppers) 2 c. elbow macaroni 1 lb. can tomatoes 1 c. dairy sour cream 1 c. milk 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt Brown sausage, onions and green pepper at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. Add macaroni, tomatoes, sour cream, milk and seasonings. Bring to a boil, simmer at 250 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender. 8 servings. |
