BARBECUE BEEF GOULASH 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Water
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Cooked buttered noodles

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Cook meat, celery and onion in heavy skillet until meat is browned, adding salt, pepper and paprika. Add enough water to cover meat mixture, simmer covered for 1 hour. Combine catsup, water, mustard and brown sugar; pour over meat mixture. Cook for another 45 minutes. Serve over cooked, buttered noodles.
