CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 to 6 chicken breasts or whole chicken
6 slices fresh ginger or 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground
1 head lettuce
3 to 6 green onions
1 pkg. almonds, toasted
1 1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. saifon (bean threads), deep fried

Prepare chicken by boiling with ginger. Cool and shred meat. Tear or shred lettuce. Cut onions. Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Pour on dressing.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. MSG (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar

Toss again and serve.

Serves 4 to 6.
