1 pkg. Doritos
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Mountain Pass (Mexican style) beans
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 chopped onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can chopped green chiles

Line long casserole dish with 1/2 of Doritos. Brown hamburger meat and crumble over Doritos. Combine soup, beans, onion and the enchilada sauce, heat this together and pour over the meat layer. Make another layer of Doritos, chopped chiles, and stewed tomatoes, use the juice too. Cover this top with grated cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
