BAR-B-Q RIBS 
4 lbs. spare ribs
1 c. ketchup
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Boil 4 pounds spare ribs in kettle until about done (45 minutes). Cut ribs in pieces. Place on cooking tray and heat in oven basting with the above mixed ingredients. Turn often. Cook well done, 350 degrees.
