2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (3 lb.) can pineapple juice

Dump into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and stir, don't beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Vanilla

Spread on warm cake.
