SHERRIED RICE 
1 c. rice (uncooked)
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. mushrooms
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sherry

Cook rice in chicken broth with onion, green pepper, mushrooms and pepper. Just before rice is cooked, add the dry sherry, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
