16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated and softened
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 grated garlic bud (optional)
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients, except pecans. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
