SALMON PARTY BALL | |
1 (1 lb.) can salmon 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 c. chopped nuts 3 tbsp. parsley Drain and remove skin and bones; then flake salmon. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly and chill several hours. Roll into a ball; then roll in nuts. Garnish with parsley. Chill and serve with crackers. May be made a few days ahead. |
