QUICK 2 MINUTE FUDGE 
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

In 2 quart microwave safe bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well. Add vanilla and nuts and stir well. Line a 8 inch square pan with waxed paper, extending paper beyond rim. Pour fudge into prepared pan. Chill until firm. Lift fudge from pan and cut into squares. Makes 1 pound.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
