COCOA PEPPERMINT ICING FOR COCOA
MINT CAKE
 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
7 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. crushed peppermint candy

Melt butter in saucepan, add cocoa and heat 1 minute or until smooth, stirring constantly. Add sugar and milk. Beat to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla and candy.
